The address

Email [email protected]. There is deliberately no contact form on this page: nothing here is wired to an email service, and a box that swallows your message while promising a reply is worse than no box at all.

What is worth writing about

• A price that has changed. Tell us which page and what you see now, and we will re-read the panel and re-date the figure.
• A figure you think is wrong. Corrections are published with the date, not quietly patched.
• A seller's page we have not read. If a creative-class service has a billing panel worth pulling apart, say which.

What we cannot help with

We cannot cancel a subscription for you, recover a charge, or tell you whether a particular course is any good — we read prices and terms, not curricula. For a billing dispute, the seller's own support address is the only route that works, and your card issuer is the backstop.

Replies

A real person reads the address and answers most things within a few days. We do not run a mailing list, so writing here adds you to nothing.
